Clustering and marker popups...

I have a map displaying planning application markers. Often one location (same easting and northing) will have more than one associated application and therefore the markers will lie exactly on top of each other.

I have a couple of questions:

1. Can I cluster markers based on the fact that the easting / northings are EXACTLY the same (the cluster manager example seems to cluster by some degree of closeness parameter). I only want to cluster if the markers are at the same point. If so how?

2. The markers on my map are set to popup summary content when clicked. How can this be acheived when the markers are at exactly the same location / clustered? They do not separate out when you zoom in.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

For Google maps I produced an offsetable marker, see here

http://www.bdcc.co.uk/Gmaps/BdccGmapBits.htm (4th map down)

If you are good with Java script I expect the same could be done for OpenLayers/OpenSpace - afraid I have not done it. Have you searched the OpenLayers forum ?

You could display one marker but have multiple applications listed in the marker pop up box.
